Or possibly look for people that work on a commission structure such as real estate agents since they know how to close a sale and network with others.
Just keep in mind that you have to work with the people you bring into your company, so bring in the type of people who have the mindset that you want to work with. You wouldn’t want to work with someone whom you have nothing in common with or that you don’t get along with do you? So take the time to think about who you want to work with, what characteristics those people have, and then find where those people hang out.
